So. While making the lime cheesecake bars, we found ourselves left with about 1 cup of lime curd and cream cheese mixture. Initially we were worried we’d have to throw it out and end up wasting it. Then a thought occurred: graham crackers.
It’s a great little snack and definitely worth trying should you decide to make lime cheesecake bars.
